is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Whilst this tech company may have evolved from paper to software since it was founded in they are yet to modernise, digitise and optimise their marketing..

Your Role;

Lead the strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns, optimizing and improving results on existing channels and recommending and launching test campaigns on new channels and in emerging markets.

  • Drive subscriber growth through
    landing page development, testing, and optimization, overseeing project requirements, tactical execution, tracking, and measurement

Partner with their Global Product Management and Technology teams to define and surface data points and metricsneeded to improve segmentation, targeting, and analysis of our marketing funnels and campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and reporton campaign and test performance across all channels, socializing learnings and devising new growth levers based on findings.

  • Own weekly and monthly tracking, reporting, and analysis for direct marketing channels, including monitoring overall and campaignspecific traffic, engagement, conversion, and channel attribution, and recommending and executing strategies to improve results.
  • Understand and implement analytics capabilities such as Google Analytics tracking pixels, UTM parameters, Heap tracking, and Google Tag Manager deployment.
  • Lead and mentor a wonderful, small UK team of marketers already focused on improving customer engagement and streamlining the execution of crossfunctional programs.
  • Define and execute our digital customer acquisition roadmap, developing campaigns and strategies that drive a measurable and profitable lift in attributable membership signups.

With that in mind, we need confidence:


  • Deep familiarity with landing page development and optimization you need to know what kind of landing pages drive customer conversion and how to quickly build and test them; _(Umbraco CMS experience would be a +.)_
  • Demonstrable experience building and overseeing digital advertising and performance marketing programs for a consumerfacing business, with budget and strategy oversight.
  • Proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action; Google Analytics... Heap... Google Tag Manager.
  • Supportive tracking of inbound digital channels; paid search, paid social, video, organic
  • Experience working with crosschannel marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable) to develop automated, eventbased campaigns that facilitate customer engagement.
  • Strong project management abilities, including familiarity with JIRA or a similar project management software and the ability to effectively document and communicate technical requirements to remote teams.
