How you'll change it up
You'll be joining our Central Design team to manage the overall design flow from our Design Partner.
This will include activities like acting as the main point of contact for queries, managing the design budget, reporting on the design plan and managing any flagged risks.
Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:- Delivering low level designs on time to enable builds to progress in line with CityFibre's rollout plan
- Preparing monthly forecasts and publishing the monthly design schedule for your region
- Managing the design profile against budget, preparing monthly reviews against the budgeted design
- Acting as the interface to your region and management team on the design schedule
- Running weekly calls with the Design Partner and internal teams to review design status, returns, risks and KPI adherence
What you'll bring to the role
You'll already have some excellent coordination experience, using your stakeholder and people management skills to quickly build strong working relationships with suppliers, leadership, and internal teams.
You'll also bring the following with you:
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Supplier management experience
- Competency in MS Office, Salesforce, Depotnet and Tableau
- Proficiency in Excel
