about 2 hours agoBuilding Surveyor job opportunity with an independently owned private surveying practice in Warwickshire.

This new, but successful, expanding practice has a real mix of work to get involved with.

There is perhaps a slightly higher proportion of Project work (Contract administration) but with plenty of professional instructions, such as pre acquisition surveys and dilapidations for example, in the mix as well.

Their work also includes clients from both the private sector as well as public sector / local authorities; so there really is a great spread here and a broad client base.

As such, ideally we're looking for a Building Surveyor with a broad range of skills and experience, however someone looking to focus on project work could be easily accommodated.

Whilst there are refurbishment schemes of a few hundred thousand, up to £1m, other projects exceed this to around £5m in value.

Instructions are mostly across the Midlands however they do occasionally cover work further afield.

This firm also embraces a hybrid working week, they do like the team to work together on two days where possible, but also allow for an element of home working and actively promote a healthy work life balance.

In addition, as this firm continues to grow, there are very real career and personal / professional development prospects.
