We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Barnsley.
We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a young boy in his teens who lives at home with his loving family in Barnsley and requires care with his complex and clinical care needs on a 1:1 basis.
Your role will be to support his care needs within his educational setting, you will provide personal care, make close clinical observations, and attend to his clinical care needs to always ensure his safety.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
Desirable Experience
- Diabetes awareness
- Enteral Feeding
- Experience monitoring blood glucose.
We have the following shifts available;
- Part Time Days Available
- Monday
- Friday
- 8:45am
- 3:45pm
- Term Time Only
We are currently paying £12.50 per hour for this position (Approx. £87.50 per 7-hour shift)
