Highly established and award winning within their specialist sector, this thriving FS company seek to recruit a Department Lead with strong compliance experience to take on a varied role - both hands-on and strategic.


Overseeing a team responsible for compliance monitoring, risk assessing and mitigation, contingency planning, FCA reporting and liaison, process and policy, internal audit and training - this is a role that will see you engaged at all levels.

Working withthe Board, providing advice and driving best practice across the business at a senior level.

The position holds FCA Senior Management Function responsibility - and experience of this level is beneficial not essential

You will be provided internal and external support as needed, and able to produce and drive strategy to execute best practice
