CMA Recruitment Group is excited to be supporting our repeat client and a Southampton based reputable brand, with the appointment of a Senior Finance Analyst.

The Finance Analyst will be apart of the Business Partnering team; overseeing the financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis for one of the business functions within the larger Group.


Providing reliable, timely and accurate financials for the business, the Finance Analyst role will involve:

  • Analysis and insight to performance drivers of the P&L;
  • Review of financial results, to support the understanding of key performance drivers and variances & proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage risk;
  • Supporting the development of financial forecasts, operating, strategic and capital plans;
  • Work collaboratively within a medium sized team to deliver required finance business partnering support.
  • Relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ ACCA/CIMA);
  • Interpersonally a strong team player and clear communicator;
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel, experience of Oracle would also be desirable.
