Primary Care
FCP.Must have previous FCP experience in a primary care setting. the worker will cover up to 8 GP Practices within North Pembrokeshire (Winch Lane surgery, but will need to cover St. Thomas, (Haverfordwest)

Robert Street, Barlow House,(Milford Haven) Solva, St. David's, Fishguard, Preseli practice (Newport).

worker will need to travel between sites (Own car required)Monday to Friday 08:
30-16:30
