The Digital Business Team have a new and exciting position for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about ensuring that services within the Trust get the best possible digital experience.

This is role is a full-time permanent contract.


You will be responsible for supporting the Digital Business Team and services within the Trust by providing account management support.

You will work alongside services to understand their workflows, processes, digital challenges and issues and co-ordinate the appropriate actions to resolve or improve the delivery of Digital solutions.


The post holder will also be responsible for supporting the Digital Business Team and services within the Trust to identify new IT requirements which arise from a change in business requirements and assist or lead on the development and scoping of new requests for Digital solutions.

Training & Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Educated to Post graduate degree level or equivalent work experience or training
  • Achieved an IT computer qualification (ECDL or equivalent).
  • Evidence of continuous personal development.
Desirable criteria

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Prince 2 foundation level
Experience

Essential criteria

  • Extensive experience of working with service users and stakeholders at all levels in a large and complex organisation.
  • Detailed knowledge and awareness of users of Digital Solutions across the NHS.
  • Demonstrable in depth knowledge of NUH core systems.
  • Experience of developing and delivering plans to identify and coordinate the resolution of issues relating to digital solutions
Communication & relationship skills

Essential criteria

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, recognising the differing needs of customers & responding appropriately, demonstrating the ability to use tact, sensitivity and diplomacy
  • Able to communicate complex or confidential information effectively with staff, both internal and external, from a wide range of disciplines.
  • Able to produce clear and concise user documentation to a high standard and to record new requirements, risks and issues.
  • Proven ability to participate and communicate effectively within multi
