Travel is definitely BACK We are experiencing an unprecedented level of growth and are looking for driven and passionate people to join us on a full-time basis as Customer Service Concierges.

We give you all the tools to excel in your new role; youll undertake a 4 week training induction programme, well also provide you with on-going training, coaching and support to ensure your success.

About the role

What we need from you

Experience working in cruise sales, cruise or travel industry, luxury tour operator, hotel, resort is preferred (but not essential)
You will have strong experience in a customer service background
Experience cruising, working on cruise lines, abroad, or have travel or holiday experience (having some firsthand travel/destination knowledge is preferred)
You will be someone who thrives in a fastpaced working environment and can learn to use systems and keep good administration on customers and bookings
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Confidence and personality to build rapport quickly
Passion and enthusiasm for cruising and travel

Salary: £22,734 £24,000 p.a.
