Mbf are working with a national Financial Planning & Investment Management organisation to recruit a Platform Administrator. Our client are market leaders, they have won multiple industry awards and have offices throughout the UK.


Due to continue growth & internal investment they are now seeking to recruit a Platform Administrator to join their Bristol based team.

The business has recently launched a new cutting-edge app & website, they are looking to recruit an individual who willbe the 'go to' point of contact for internal colleagues that have questions/queries and need assistance.


The client is looking for an individual that has previous expereince within a similar role, you should have some experience with technology/systems/software.

You should be able to pick up new software/systems quickly and will be responsible for providingongoing training to colleagues on the platform and new app.

You will be tasked with supporting colleagues when they need assistance, helping & guiding them to solutions.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting should there be any issues with the platform working to resolve these quickly and efficiently.

The client is offering a basic salary to £25,000 (there may be some flexibility) plus bonus and company benefits including pension, private medical insurance, group life assurance, generous holiday, critical illness cover and much more.

They also operate a hybrid working model split between the office in Bristol & home.
