Job Brief:


This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a rapidly growing Supercar Showroom, taking on responsibility from day one.

You will be a pivotal member of the team, booking in retail work, servicing existing and new clients, and managing the workshop to efficiently process internal work.


Your main responsibilities as a Service Advisor will be:

  • Managing the workflow for Technicians and assigning work appropriately.
  • Being a liaison point between departments to ensure vehicles are prepared in time.
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturers service requirements.
  • Maintain CRM system by inputting accurate data on customers/vehicles.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and ensure high levels of performance and efficiency are achieved.
  • Promptly and empathetically dealing with customer complaints and effectively resolving matters.
  • Sourcing parts in a costeffective manner.
  • Discuss and upsell additional work to customers, where appropriate.
  • Constantly engage with customers to maximise workshop activity by reminding customers of annual services and remedial work.
  • Conducting external inspections where necessary to ensure vehicle is prepared for handover.
  • Authorising the procurement of parts and other material for the Servicing teams.
  • Completing other administrative functions within the servicing team, such as invoicing and warranty claims.

As an ideal Service Advisor, you:

  • Have previous experience in a Service Advisor/Senior Advisor role within an automotive environment.
  • Will have great organisation and communication skills.
  • Are confident in dealing with customers with a friendly approach, both in person and remotely.
  • Are wellversed with industry standards in the automotive industry.

The salary advertised on Dependent on Experience.

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
