Emtec Facility Services, we are actively seeking a
Project Administrator to become a vital part of our dedicated team based at our Uddingston HQ.

In this role you will be instrumental to the smooth day to day running of our projects.

This is a varied role where you will be supporting the project management team to successfully deliver small works and larger scale projects.

This is a fully office-based role.

What you will be doing

Delivering highquality administrative support to the Project Managers, Supervisors, and the broader project team.
Assisting in resource coordination and ensuring clients are informed of project progress.
Uploading necessary Operation and Maintenance manual information and mandatory project documents to the client portal in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintaining consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and engineers.
Updating projectspecific health and safety information
Maintaining internal and external project key event schedule programmes.
Maintaining training records for both employees and Sub-Contractors.

What you will need

Previous experience in a fastpaced administrative role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail
Top notch time management skills
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package

It will be great if you have

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft Projects
Experience in the facility services sector.
