The Division of Medicine is looking to appoint an exceptional talent to the role of Unit Administrator supporting Medicine Unit 2 and Medicine Unit 3.

This is a chance for an individual to support in a fast paced and high profile Division that represents a key performance area for NHS Grampian.


We are looking to appoint an extremely organised and adaptable individual with a proven track record, excellent people skills, experienced in collaborative working as this role will support across two units.

Good working knowledge of Excel / Access/ Databases would be a requirement as well as knowledge of health care IT systems.

This is a demanding position but a rewarding one, and would be well supported by the Management structure within Units 2 and 3.
