Description

We are looking for a talented and adaptable Finance Manager/Head of Finance to work in a multi-faceted role. This position will suit a committed individual who would like a hands-on position with commercial finance responsibilities.

You'll be responsible for maintaining the financial systems and delivering clear deliverables.

You will have excellent commercial awareness, a good level of experience in accountancy, strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and the abilityto work to tight deadlines.

Previous experience with SAP Business One or similar systems is essential.

This assignment will last a minimum of 3 months

Duties:

Taking complete responsibility for the audit and being the single point of contact for the audit.
Regularly monitoring Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger to manage cash flows.
Oversee the work of the accounts payable assistant including verification and approval of AP invoices booked in the ERP system (SAP Business One).
Liaising with the thirdparty payroll provider to review weekly and monthly payroll and reporting.
Assume the role of "super user" of the company's SAP Business One system for the Finance department
