Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join a leading building consultancy on a full, or part time basis (4days a week), for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skillset and to work with a highly regarded,

friendly and vibrant company. They have a progressive, hands on leadership team, who really support and invest in their staff.

You will provide key Administration support to the management team and will cover the following duties:

  • Typing and Issuing Sales Invoices (Quickbooks Online)
  • Matching payments received / Bank reconciliation
  • Credit Control issuing statements / chasing overdue invoices
  • Issuing Quality of Work check forms (MS Word)
  • Updating Internal Audit Register (MS Excel)
  • Electronic filing onto project files from shared Mailbox
  • Processing mileage & expenses (MS Excel)
  • Petty cash maintenance

Salary & package:
up to £23,000 DOE - 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Xmas Closure

Full time, or Part time (4 days per week)
