How do you fit in?


The role of Operations Support Specialist is to work closely with our Operational Teams, providing impartial and objective advice and support, analysis, insights, and innovation on ways of working.

Manage and facilitate the onboarding of suppliers, drive the registration process, documentation, familiarisation, and training process to the point of go live.


What you'll be doing day to day

  • Drive operational efficiency projects to support the technical team.
  • In association with Commercial Finance Objectively review geographical / discipline data to analyse gaps in coverage, provide recommendations to improve delivery of service.
  • Feedback insights objectively and impartially, driven by data and perception analysis.
  • Engage key stakeholders, listen to stakeholder feedback, probe issues and trends, identify root cause analysis on critical service delivery and propose options and/or alternative solutions.
  • Lead mobilisation and demobilisation of clients in relation to onboarding/offboarding of suppliers for the operations department.
  • Instigate initial discussions with new suppliers in relation to the SLD, T&C's and their rates with support from Commercial Finance
  • Oversight of supply chain inbox.
  • Provide operational training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and manage the process of sourcing and payment to suppliers for critical / urgent parts and materials.
