Cheese Makers - Coleraine - Full Time
- £10.42 per hour plus shift allowance

  • Full time hours
  • Once fully trained and working as a cheesemaker, you will usually be on a rotating shift pattern (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights, working approx. 4 x 9.5 hour shifts per week, normally Mon
  • Thurs)

What will you be doing?

  • You will learn how to make cheese and will assist in all aspects of the cheesemaking process as well as weighing, caring for the cheese during maturation, cutting, packing and labelling for orders and cleaning of equipment and premises.

What experience do you need?

  • Team player and strong communication skills
  • High hygiene environment strict personal hygiene requirements
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment desirable but not essential as full training provided
