Do you want to be a HR Business Partner who takes the lead in driving and implementing HR strategy?

Would you like a manageable employee base - so that you can be a pro-active HR Business Partner, who makes decisions for the long term business plan, moves your business area forwards, finds solutions.

You'll be a HR Business Partner who makes a difference, because you won't spend all your time firefighting - in fact the operational and transactional part of this role won't take up too much of your time, at all.

As the HR Business Partner you will report direct into a HR Director and a senior Business Director - this means you will be both deeply embedded into the business strategy of the company and contributing directly to the HR strategy.

Your key focus will be - talent management; succession planning; implementing strategic initiatives; work collaboratively with your HR colleagues; performance management; coach line managers; shape and deliver HR Strategy;

This is not all you'll be doing - PROJECTS and more PROJECTS that you define, because you will shape your role and the HR priorities that need to be focused on.

You will have worked in a commercial environment and be a strong influencer, commercial, and robust in challenging. As an experienced HR professional you will be able to show you have partnered with stakeholders and built relationships.
