If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a legal officer to join our Childcare Legal Team (in the field of Child Protection)

The role

The focus of the post is on providing one to one support to a Lawyer in relation to a busy caseload of complex public law children's cases, providing a high level of customer service.

Duties are varied but will include drafting documents, taking statements and attending court.

Remote Working

This post requires office attendance on a minimum of 3 days per week with the remainder working from home, as well as attendance at any court hearings which are not dealt with remotely.

During your probation period you will be required to attend the office 5 days per week.

Your nominated contractual work base will be Lincoln and you will be required to commute to this work base as set out above.

We have developed our technology platform to enable you to connect and collaborate remotely.

We require that you have in place good connectivity and we will discuss the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
