As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.


Duties:


  • Manage high volumes of customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Generate new customers for a diverse range of clients and brands
  • Deliver a premium customer service experience during all interactions.
  • Work within one of our active campaigns.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Ability to handle objections with ease.

Pay:
£21,148.00-£22,496.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
