We are looking for an engaging, career-driven trainee consultant to join our expanding Bournemouth office in Dorset.

Great location
Our bright and breezy office is located in the ideal location on St. Stephen's Road, right by Bournemouth's Town Hall and a short walk from the town centre.

You will be spoilt for choice on every lunch break as there are loads of local shops, restaurants, and cafes to visit.

The office has excellent public transport links, being accessible by bus, car and train.

Our Bournemouth office opened in May 2020 and therefore this is a great time to join. We are looking for trainees that are seeking a fast-track into senior and management positions.

Our office has expanded rapidly since opening and we want to find someone who can help us continue this trend.

Proven Career Progression
The Supply Room was established in early 2017 by experienced education recruitment consultants and teachers. We are going from strength-to-strength.

We now have six offices across London, Bournemouth, Bristol, Nottingham and Devon and all six are now managed by former trainee consultants, who joined us with no experience.

No previous experience in recruitment is needed as you will be given outstanding training from day one.

You will be closely supported by a management team with many years of experience in fast-tracking trainees up the career ladder.
