Full Job Description

Vacant Property Inspector

Full-Time, Permanent Monday to Friday
The Role of Property Inspector will require you to:

Remotely compile reports on the condition of the property, using iPad/iPhone and desktop software.
Take photographs inside and outside properties
Take meter readings and test smoke alarms at properties
Meet tenants/landlords to discuss your findings (if required)
Work on your own and manage your time effectively
Visit and inspect tenanted and vacant properties
Carry out Health and Safety Inspections
Prepare works orders to appropriate contractors

Full on the job inventory software training will be provided. Relevant courses, exams, and qualifications will be paid for following successful completion of the probation period. Full driving license and own vehicle are essential.

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday times are flexible
