Executive Search Resourcer, Chester - up to £25k + annual bonus

THE ROLE
The new Executive Search Resourcer will support the growth of the business by recruiting exceptional senior leaders and directors for their clients.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out briefing meeting with clients, taking detailed recruitment briefs for senior executive level and nonexecutive director search assignments
- Carrying out detailed questioning to develop clear and accurate assignment specifications, challenging assumptions and introducing fresh ideas and suggestions to widen search criteria where appropriate
- Working with client throughout the search timeline, continuously updating and providing regular progress reports, insights and intelligence gained through the search
- Occasional client entertainment
ABOUT YOU
The ideal Executive Search Resourcer will be highly customer-focussed, with experience within a supportive research or account management role, as well as:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an emphasis on client delivery
- A naturally warm personality, and the confidence and credibility to deal with C-Suite Stakeholders and boards of Directors
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
- Exceptionally wellorganised and able to multitask
- Articulate, bright, ethical and purposeful
- Looking for a progressive, influential role with the desire for personal and professional growth in the future

- Salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
