Your Responsibilities

  • Able to cover all areas of order processing for our bulk oil and packed business.
  • Checking and Processing dispatched customer orders
  • Working closely with Account Managers & their customers.
  • Accurate processing of customers' sales order requirements.
  • Updating Logistics team/contracted haulier with bulk delivery requirements
  • Administration of extra costs incurred on deliveries/Liaising with Accounts dept.
  • Compiling and running reports on excel.
  • Providing general administration support to the Logistics, Customer Services and Trading teams as and when required.
  • Using VMI for customer load planning
  • Holiday cover for the team

Your Profile

  • Experience in a similar logistics role
  • Customer focused with excellent telephone manner
  • Very fast paced environment
  • Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft products
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Confident
  • Team player
  • Good organization skills
  • Reliable
  • Must work well under pressure
