Gi Group Mansfield have an exciting opportunity for a
Financial Planning Client Executive, supporting Financial Planners, at a well established, rapidly expanding Financial Planning company in
Mansfield.

As Financial Planning Client Executive you will build professional long-lasting relationships with the Financial Planners to be able to offer them your full support on a day to day basis.

You will be delivering excellent service to customers and colleagues.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a similar role and is looking to grow with the company.

Essential Experience & Skills
Previous experience working in a similar role
Previous experience in Financial Planning
Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office systems
Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent diary management, planning and organisation skills
Excellent accuracy and high attention to detail
Ability to work to own initiative
Personable and polite
Excellent telephone manner
Relevant qualifications obtained

Desirable Experience & Skills
Experience as a Personal Assistant in an administration role
Experience of working in a small to medium sized financial planning environment
Experience of using iO back office systems
Full FPC or equivalent CF qualifications obtained
Knowledge of Intelligent Office database

Hours
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm

  • Hybrid working available_

Salary
£25,000 - £32,000

  • Dependant on experience _
