This role is to work on and support on our recently announced strategic partnership with leading global cloud solutions company Rackspace.

We're delighted to share that we've recently extended our agreement to include both Network and Cyber Security services.

The development will see the creation of new joint offerings for customers, using the combined strengths of BT and Rackspace to help drive growth in both businesses.

This role will play an integral part in helping drive the success of the programme via expert technical delivery and transformation.

What you'll be doing:


  • You will provide technical direction so that we can build and deliver world class secure platforms for our customers
  • Implement security solutions in line with defined standards and processes within agreed timeframes
  • Analyse, scope and deploy migration plans based on client requirements
  • Work directly with our customers as part of the engineering delivery life cycle
  • Create documentation including HLD and LLD to support the delivery of our solutions
  • Participate in professional communities and knowledge sharing to colleagues and internal teams.
  • Coach and develop team to promote upskilling and career development
  • Collaborate with key internal and external to build strong customer relationships
