£30k - £31k + 8% Bonus
**Retail

Letchworth (Hybrid with 2 days in office per week)**A successful retail group are looking to recruit an End User Computing Engineer to join their growing team.

Skills / Environment

Providing IT support to colleagues.
Developing and implementing automation to streamline and improve the quality of IT infrastructure build processes.
Maintaining patch levels across Windows desktop and server estate.
Installing, configuring, backing up & recovering desktop deployment tools, patch deployment tools, antivirus tools and desktop remote control tools.
Monitoring trends in data growth & performance to then propose strategies to accommodate.
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.

Role Overview

The role will involve:

Active participation in the creation of desktop standard images and deployment.
Planning and recommending enhancements to ensure that desktop management tool capacity meets current and future business requirements in a costeffective manner.
Participation in core infrastructure projects to meet predefined objectives key duties and responsibilities.
Proactively looking to improve and add efficiency to current process and exercise judgment in the decisionmaking process to provide excellent customer experience.
Ensuring all solutions are documented and successfully transitioned into service.
Maintaining relationships with key suppliers to ensure continually high levels of service.
