We have an exciting opportunity to work as a 1-1 support practitioner with a child with additional needs within our nursery.

The child requiring this support is aged 2 years old.


You will be responsible for providing high quality learning and stimulating activities alongside a team of staff, while implementing the Nursery's ethos and policies.


We are looking for someone who can work as an equal and active member of the Nursery team to deliver focussed learning opportunities from individual SEND actions plans.

In consultation with parents/carers and SENCO, and in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, plan and provide for individual children; ensure that each child's needs are met, Is dynamic, flexible, and creative and has a clear understanding of effective practice.
