Would you like to take over a high-performer and established recruitment desk placing Marketing & Creative professionals across Reading?

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 OTE per annum (dependent on experience and including uncapped commission):

Reading's Marketing & Creative business specialises in recruiting experienced communications/public relations, digital, marketing and creative professionals.

You don't have to be an experienced recruiter for this role, as the Marketing and Creative businessis extremely well established in Reading, high performing and continuing to experience rapid growth.

You will be joining a team of 2 with a collective total of 16 years' recruitment experience.

What is a typical day for a Recruitment Consultant in Reed Marketing & Creative?

Strategic business development
B2B Sales Calls
Networking virtually and face to face
Gaining and maintaining strong, longlasting client relationships
Supporting with administrative tasks i.e. payroll, referencing and compliance checks

Requirements:

As Recruitment Consultant you will need outstanding communication skills, resilience and dedication to succeed
You will be juggling and prioritising multiple demands whilst delivering fastpaced service excellence;
You could be an experienced recruiter looking for a change or someone wanting to start a career in recruitment thanks to our industryled training packages
An outgoing personality, enjoyment of socialising and an interest in Marketing & Creative would be beneficial
