Requirements to succeed in this role:
- CPP certificate or CIPD level 3 would be advantageous.
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Ability to maintain working relationships
- Confident speaking on the phone
- IT competent
Core Duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Support the HR team with the new starter administration process
- including onboarding/induction
- Support HR team with the leaver administration process
- Provide support with issuing standard employment contracts and variation to contracts
- Support HR team with payroll checks and submissions
- Provide support with maintaining HR inbox
