Job Description:

Due to our incredible growth, we're looking for
Customer Service Advisors to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world's biggest and most well-known brands.

We have various
full time permanent opportunities across our multiple clients and campaigns based within our 2 sites in Newcastle - The Rocket & Quorum.

As a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

providing support to effectively resolve customer queries,

- providing the best possible customer experience,
- updating customer records

Your Skills
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

6 customer service experience (in any environment
retail, office, hospitality, care)
Courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work with computer systems
Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems
