The Role:


  • Engage in both inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct courtesy calls to valued clients to maintain strong relationships.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport.
  • Enthusiastic and comfortable making phone calls.
  • Outstanding problemsolving abilities to tackle challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Must be able to commute to St Asaph.
