3 Month TTP£10ph - Perm £22,800
The responsibilities include:
- Utilise all network resources to deliver the most costeffective method of scheduled & unscheduled bookings to minimise fleet downtime.
- Using our in house fleet systems, ensure all work is documented and controlled in a professional and accurate manner.
- Work within the planning team to ensure statutory compliance
- Liaise with customers and external contractors / government agencies to ensure full O Licence compliance.
- Manage the recharge process in line with customer requirements
- Develop professional relationships with CFS customers
- Work closely with external service providers to ensure:
- priority scheduled and non scheduled slots are provided to CFS trailers/vehicles.
- VOR's and downtime of all fleet assets is kept to a minimum.
- Process all required compliance events in line with yearly planner
- Ensure MOT First time pass rates and final pass rate are recorded
- Fleet Movements on / off the maintenance plan
- Produce daily VOR data as required for customers
- Produce weekly slippage reports for all scheduled events with their booking status detailing any that have slipped with the reason why
- Produce monthly compliance data; produce key reports relevant to areas of responsibility detailing any noncompliance issues.
- Manage missing Compliance documentation for allocated customers
- Produce customer specific reporting
The Person
To be successful in this role you should:
- Fleet/ transport experience is desirable
- A proven track record in a customer service environment, specifically servicing existing customers from a remote base via phone/ IT systems is essential
- Experience in compliance and working with legislative requirements would be of benefit
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite and confident IT skills that will enable you to hit the ground running on our bespoke Fleet Management system
- Compliance is a key area of this role so your attention to detail and love of process is essential
- Customer relations define our success so you must be a natural problem solver and get a kick out of the satisfaction you bring to your customers
- Planning and organisation underpin everything you do which makes you excellent at meeting deadlines and managing your own time and workload
- You are flexible, helpful and a true team player, whether in person or remotely and understand that you are only successful if the team is successful.
