Widnes we're looking for?


Your future role:


Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, and be responsible for several small projects, both internal and external, that will contribute to the success, both financially and operationally, of the Spares business, and receiving, processing & fulfilling external customer enquiries, orders & quotations as required, including emergency requests.


You'll specifically take care of daily liaison & support with the UK Sales team and support with Material Solutions and other internal BT departments, and you will take full responsibility for smaller customer projects, including customer visits and possibly supplier visits.

There is also a requirement to provide a high level of customer service, to tight timescales and deadlines including customer complaints and issues


We'll look to you for:


  • Responsible for order book management.
  • Daily review of PREQ's for Consumables & repairs
  • Responsible for 1st level age debt resolution and NCR resolution
  • Responsible for obtaining RfQ's and quotes
  • Undertake pricing within delegated authority
  • Continuous improvement through identifying processing efficiencies, processing new opportunties and future sales
  • Maintain price lists and Partsfolio data base, ensuring they are accurately updated in line with CPA and contract variations
  • Assist in pricing strategy of products and services and maintain an overview of market pricing.
  • Review the livestock position using the SAP report MB51 (Daily) (Critical order delivery / Pull forwards)
  • Prepare / Assist in PQQ responses
  • Assist Tendering process.
  • Co-Ordinate preparation of FI/07
