Customer Service Administrator
£23,000 - £25,000 +bonus, Uckfield (outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Pension, Parking, Progression Opportunity, Sick Pay

The Role

Acting as a point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to their orders
Processing customer orders
Preparing customer correspondence
Provide customers with information on their orders and regarding the products and services of the business, taking orders and card payments where necessary
Manage and updating of CRM
