Are you an experienced PMLD Learning Support Assistant looking for a new challenge?
Aspire People are currently seeking devoted PMLD/SLD specialist support staff for a Special Needs school in the Dudley area.
All children have a full diagnosis and EHCP plans to support their learning. They require Learning Support Assistants to fully engage with the children to develop and nurture positive relationships.

This will be working on a 1-1 or small groups basis and youwill be a source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.

To be successful in this role you will need a calm and empathetic nature, a resilient personality and be able to use your own initiative; health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are paramount.

Aspire People is dedicated and passionate in helping to improve the education of SEND children across the Dudley area; supporting local Special Needs Schools in finding the ideal staff that meet the needs of their school community.

To be considered for the position above you will need to have the following minimum requirements:

  • Ideally a qualification in Support Teaching and Learning (not essential)
  • Experience of supporting pupils with children and young people with PMLD & SLD needs (desirable)
The school caters for children with a wide range of needs including AUTISM,MLD,PMLD, SLD Complex Health Needs.
