Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a high-growth, t/o c.£50m PE-backed business experiencing phenomenal growth via multiple acquisitions as well as organic growth.

To support this continuous expansion, they are recruiting a Group Financial Controller and are looking for a calibre, experienced, strong technical accountant to manage the Month/Year-end process/ Group Consolidation/ Integration of Acquisitions as well as manage a small team of management accountants/transactional team.

The business is going through an exciting period of change/growth, meaning the role requires a confident, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-changing environment.

It's the perfect platform for a Big 4/Top 10 ACA qualified who has gained PQE in Industry and is now looking for an opportunity to work with a calibre CFO and Group FD, experience an exit over the next couple of years, which will enable you to develop into a future FD role in a PE business.
