The successful Head of Rents and Service Charges will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.

They are looking to have someone start as soon as possible.,

  • Responsible to review all rents and service charges on annual basis
  • Set service charges for residents, shared owners, and leaseholders
  • Complete reviews on costs and charges on annual basis
  • Process rent transactions and rent charges
  • Process rent payments
  • Review service charges and calculate changes
  • Prepare service charge budgets
  • Directly manage 4 members of staff
