My client, an established international business based in Leeds Sherburn in Elmet, is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team.

This is a newly created role within the business and presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join dynamic team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and preparation of documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries and directing correspondence where necessary.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, such as conferences, meetings, and teambuilding activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Undertake general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Undertake adhoc project and tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time
- management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
