My client, an established international business based in Leeds Sherburn in Elmet, is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team.

This is a newly created role within the business and presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and preparation of documents.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries and directing correspondence where necessary.
Assist with the planning and coordination of events, such as conferences, meetings, and teambuilding activities.
Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Undertake general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.
Always maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Undertake adhoc project and tasks as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Excellent organisational and time

- management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive, flexible, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
