The role centres primarily around working alongside the Sales Director and Client Owners in looking after clients during the on-boarding process and ensuring they are happy for the duration of their customer journey.


It is a client facing role and the person will attend calls with the Client Success Manager and be able to support the Client Success Manager's in sharing detail about how a customer program is progressing.


Responsibilities of the Operations team:

  • Campaign planning
  • Liaising with the Data Manager to obtain data
  • Attending training sessions with the Client.
  • Writing a client facing brief to be shared with the client stakeholders.
  • Working with the Sales Director to ensure programs are appropriately staffed.
  • Enabling the team so that they are appropriately trained to ensure success on each program.
  • To keep an eye out for any stumbling blocks and suggest alterations to the approach to keep the Campaign performing.
Working with the Client Owner

  • Reporting internally on performance of the campaign using accurate documentation and presentations, using Analytics presented in an easily digestible and relevant format, so that customer reviews can be handled with confidence.
  • Report externally to the Client on Lead Submissions, performance of the campaign, using Analytics presented in a well presented and accurate fashion.

Key skills required:

  • Personable and therefore comfortable to meet Clients face to face or on Teams or Zoom.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to the systems and processes used to improve efficiency and the experience of both our Clients and our Employees and have the right team in place to implement these changes.
  • Be generous in sharing knowledge with all employees to assist their growth as well at that of the Company.
  • Must have led and managed teams.
About You

  • A background in the IT Industry is essential.
  • Some experience with CRM Systems, Analytics and Reporting useful.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Good administration and analytics skills, with high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to gain technical proficiency and understanding of IT products and solutions.
  • Well organised with excellent operational cadence and ability to complete operational tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Patient and skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints and queries from Clients and the team.
  • Energised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
