Job title - Senior Marketing Manager

Salary - £55,000 (OTE £65,000) + benefits

SW6**Knowledge and skills:
Relevant previous experience is a must with a minimum two years' experience at a single company.
Excellent direct response copywriter and copy editor.
Able to focus on the "big picture" when developing the campaign plans and manage and focus the team on delivery.
Be a critical thinker with strong problemsolving skills driven to understand "why", takes the initiative to identify trends and gaps and shares insight with the relevant team members.
Solid understanding of the events and digital media landscape.
Ability to write and executive strong marketing strategy in line with latest developments and trends.
Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.
Strong experience in areas including insight development and audience segmentation.
Literate and numerate with exemplary verbal and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
Sound knowledge of digital marketing practices and channels such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and social media.
Experience using a CRM system such as Cvent, Pardot or Salesforce.
Experience using a website CMS.
In depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics.
Excellent ability to strategically interpret data trends and gaps, providing analysis and recommendations.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PECR.
