Salary:
£13-15phr


This position is in place to aid the smooth running of the office, ensuring a high quality, professional level of support.


  • Typing letters and correspondence inclusive of reports
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging lunch meetings for the relevant fee earners
  • Diary Management of the department
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and tender documentation in conjunction with the relevant Job Director(s)
  • Management of travel arrangements for the team(s)
  • Meeting coordination and minute taking as required
  • Creation of files and filing
  • Frequent use of inhouse computer systems: opening files, updating fee productions, updating contacts
  • Proactive in building relationships with internal clients and responsive and helpful to external clients
  • Functional or specialist competence with relevant understanding of business/ departmental context
  • Completes own work under mínimal supervision/guidance
  • Undertaking, monitoring and reporting on fee billing for the team under the supervision of the Senior Director

Required knowledge, experience, and skills

  • Previous experience within an administration/ team assistant role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Proven experience of communicating to a high standard both verbally and in writing, including responses on behalf of senior staff
  • A high level of planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills, including proven ability to act with discretion and tact
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support other team members
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and proactiveness
