As a result of our success and ongoing expansion plans the Range are opening a brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5-years, in Stowmarket, Gateway14 Freeport, just 2 minutes of A14 J50.

This investment creates great opportunities, and we are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator


Position:
Permanent, Full Time


Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Working hours will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, occasionally start and finish times may change to meet operational requirements


Pay Rate:
Excellent salary based on experience.


What does the role entail?

  • Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for key day to day administrative tasks to ensure colleagues are paid correctly, on time and inline with relevant legislation.
  • You will be processing new starters and leavers within our payroll system.
  • Updating and maintaining relevant data, ensuring confidentiality.

What skills & experience do we seek?

  • Payroll experience is essential
  • Knowledge of using a Time and Attendance System
  • Excellent Microsoft word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, whilst maintaining a key eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Able to achieve work to deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team but also be able to work on own initiative.
  • Prioritise own workload.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality policy (paramount).
  • Organised individual and maintain a tidy workstation
