Description

We are recruiting for a Recruitment/Sales Officer to join our team where you will work with our learners and employers on our Traineeship, Apprenticeship and Loan programmes.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service to our learners and employers.

Duties will include:

Working on all aspects of recruitment including generating new sales leads in the Hair and Beauty Sectors.

Interviewing our learners and supporting our employers with matching our learners to their vacancies.

Arranging and attending career conventions.

Liaising with Connexions/Schools regarding careers and marketing of our opportunities.

Updating our Recruitment management information system

Liaising with all the team in ensuring a smooth transition through our programmes of study which is our 'Learner Journey'
