Job Title:
HR Data Analyst Manager


What you will be doing day-today?

  • Maintain a governance framework and a strategy for employee data
  • Analyse and produce credible, evidencebased analytics and be the SME for all things HR data and metrics
  • Own strategic reporting and analytics relating to HR projects, initiatives or business reporting.
  • Ensure that the HR data provision is fit for purpose and work with stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements
  • Resolve any complex queries or issues relating to HR data and reporting and creating new reports and metrics in the HR system reporting tools
  • Share knowledge and best practice of industrystandard HR metrics and be the single point of truth for all HR data used within the business
  • Assist employees with a complex system, data, and reporting, resolving issues related to system data and reporting
  • Work closely with the system provider on resolving issues and developing system capabilities.
  • Serve as a central point for identifying and monitoring systems performance improvements and be the first point of contact between HR and IT for HR systems issues
  • Delivering complex reporting and analytics relating to projects or initiatives.
  • Support with financial reporting by working closely with payroll/Finance

  • Ability to work with colleagues across all levels of the organisation

Desirable

  • Knowledge of HR systems and data
  • Advanced/complex report writing
