We are offering exciting opportunities to join our Tier Two Energy Services Team and are seeking to recruit Trainee Generalist Advisers, if you:

Have at least 6 months experience of giving information/guidance to clients either in the public/charity sector or a regulated environment such as banking/insurance.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Are able to work flexibly as part of a team

We can offer comprehensive training and support to enable you to achieve competence as a Generalist Adviser within 6-12 months.

Once trained, the successful applicant will be working across a range of services including our Telephone and Digital Energy Contact Centre and Energy Advice Casework Service offering dedicated support on benefits, debt and energy issues.
