The Team

Our team consists of experienced consultants who want to succeed individually but also play a huge role in the expansion and growth of the company.

The past year has shown significant progress and achievements, and we are now hiring for another RecruitmentConsultant to join our fast-paced team.

The Role

The Rewards

Commission:
You will be paid a monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate for the company. In short - the more you bill, the more you earn. With an uncapped structure, it means you really do have the opportunity to maximiseyour earning potential -
In year one our trainee consultants average package is £35k

Incentives:

We're truly passionate about recognising the hard work of our team, from our fantastic top billers to our amazing up-and-comers.

On top of commission we have monthly team targets and, if hit, the whole team enjoys the rewards.

In addition to this, we have individual weekly, quarterly and yearly targets for which a variety of incentives are offered.
