The Role:

Job Purpose

Control traffic and pedestrian movement to make sure safe operation at all times
To maintain yard cleanliness
To report to weighbridge activities during holiday absence

Main Job Activites
The following tasks are required to deliver the key shared and sole responsibilities:

Controlling traffic movements for all unloading and loading operations. To ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor the content of all vehicles entering sites and ensure they tipped at the correct area.
Communicate effectively with weighbridge and machine operators.
Maintain a tidy yard and complete a daily walk around.
During absence period, complete weighbridge operator duties (once trained).
Ensure company health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure anyone entering the site has wearing the correct PPE.
Challenge unacceptable behavior in a professional manner.
Ensure that no authorized access to the site during working hours.
