BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Scarborough, YO12.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Pay rate:
£13.71ph PAYE/ £16.67ph UMB

The role is full time, for 36 hours per week, Monday

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+.

We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth-running service.

Speak with the residents on a daily basis
Check the properties for any repairs and reports
Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
Arranging exciting activities with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards
Health and safety checks
Signposting any concerns

Salary:
£13.71-£16.67 per hour
