About Our Client:
My client is a leading furniture company based in the City of London who are looking for an experienced temporary Accounts Payable to join their busy finance team.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and process invoices and expense forms
- Perform reconciliation of payments
- Mailbox management
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Prepare reports detailing accounts payable status
- Maintain vendor files and account balances
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assisting with various AP project tasks as part of the wider AP transformation project.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Experience working in a similar role for 3 years+
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
